Battle of the Bands at DeVry?

In order to celebrate its 75^th anniversary, the place I work (DeVry University) is having a battle of the bands. I’m not sure how DeVry and music are interconnected, but this is what is happening. If you live in the Bay Area and want to win a $500 first prize, enter your band. There are even second, third, fourth and fifth place cash prizes. It’s on April 22^nd, but the deadline to register is April 12^th. I’ve got links to the flyer for the contest which they’re calling “Bring On Da Music.” I’m not sure how I feel about the title, but I am only one person. There is also a link to the application. They are looking for garage bands, or singer/songwriters, or rappers or anyone with musical talent basically. And they’re giving away $1000 in cash prizes.
